About Me
The Full Story
My name is Nicholas Godena, and I grew up on a small 2 mile by 7 mile island called Jamestown RI. You might know me for my infectious smile or my work that ive done outside baking. I like to think of my life as one big learning experience that continuously grows with each experience within each milestone. Determination, Good manners, and having a good heart is the key to success on my path. You may have not known that I struggle with ADHD and it sets me apart by being a little slower and have a bad short term memory when handling a task. Aside from baking, I love the outdoors and Boy scouting it has been one of the best outlets were I could be outside and work towards a goal of becoming Eagle Scout. In 2018, I completed that journey and am proud of doing that. After Boy Scouting, I strived to work harder everyday, later that same year I joined FFA (Future Farmers of America) and became State Sentinel. I later pursued that at Johnson and Wales, In 2019 helped create the FFA Alumni and Supporters , and I became Vice President. I hope to pursue more experiences and grow as a individual everyday and in the future
This growth has made me determined to fulfill my lifelong dream of going to Johnson and Wales to pursue Culinary art/Baking and Pastry, I am determined to learn and be proud of who I am and who I hope to become .
